Policies

Payment

Full cash payment will be expected at check-out.

Check In

Check in is between 4pm - 7pm, to allow the best possible service on arrival. However, if check in cannot be made before 7pm,please telephone and advise an estimated time of arrival.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation, guests must telephone Aran House as soon as possible. However, if cancellation is made less than 2 days prior to arrival date, guests will be responsible for the full cost of the booking for the reserved period. If Aran House can find a substitute guest to fill the vacancy we will not charge you for the reservation.

If guests must leave earlier than their scheduled check-out date, this will be treated as if it were a cancellation with less than 2 days notice.

Smoking

Aran House maintains a strict No-Smoking policy which is law throughout the UK. Smoke detectors are installed.

Responsibility

No responsibility is accepted by Aran House for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property whilst within the confines of the bed and breakfast.
